Capital Raising

Sublime Asset Management assists companies raise funds from external sources to achieve their strategic goals such as investment in its own business development, or investment in other assets.

There are three ways in which we assist companies in Zimbabwe to raise funds, namely:

1. Debt Raising - raising funds through loans provided by third parties.
2. Equity raising - when a company seeks to raise funds through the sale of its equity i.e. a share in the ownership of the company.
3. Hybrids of debt and equity - a combination of both debt raising and equity raising.
