Simba is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, in England & Wales and holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership. In addition, he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), and Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with ACCA. Simba has a BSc (Hons) in Accounting degree from Oxford Brookes University.

Simba possesses extensive cross-industry experience working in executive and senior finance roles for various listed resource based companies across Africa including oil and gas with TotalEnergies and various mining companies.

Simba has experience in copper and cobalt mining with Eurasian Resources Group in DRC and Zambia. He also has experience in gold mining with Endeavour Mining a listed gold mining group with operations in West Africa. Simba also has experience iron ore mining with London Mining in Sierra Leone.

In addition, Simba has experience in the telecoms industry working for a South African telecoms group over-seeing the financial operations in South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania and DRC. Simba previously held the Finance Director positions with ICI Dulux Limited and Innscor Africa Limited, the largest Zimbabwean listed conglomerate.
