Honoured is a skilled Quantity Surveying Consultant with more than 15years of experience working in the construction business, mostly in the building and maintenance of highways. He began his training as an accountant shortly after graduating before deciding to pursue quantity surveying. He advanced through the ranks in blue-chip companies in the UK, moving from trainee to assistant, then to management accountant.

After changing careers, he has had positions as a quantity surveyor at SKANSKA (Oxfordshire County Council), a Senior Quantity Surveyor, theCommercial Manager at Acorn Environmental Management Group, and a Consultant Quantity Surveyor, which he still holds at Morrison Utilities Services today. To name a few, he has worked on projects including the building and upkeep of highways, utilities, trains, and housing. He has affiliations with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) that include associate membership. Honoured serves as an executive director for SRJG Consulting UK and also serves as a director for other organizations in Zimbabwe. He is a holder of a BA (Hons) in Accounting, a Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity surveying, an MBA, and an MSc in Quantity surveying, all of which were earned in the UK.
